we shared memories of thigns on different sports we did with Chester and as him him doing the chains at London Football games we new then he was there on the chains we would have a good day with the chains always had a firm hand shake and pat on the back he will be remembered as a good friend to me and my family will be missed a great member of Capital West Umpires Assoc. again will be missed Bob Powers and Members CAPITAL WEST UMPIRES CWUA
