To the Jay Scaggs family: Both Connie and I were saddened by the news that our friend Jay passed away. We always like Jay and the way he handled things at the Squad. Not to mention our "impromptu meetings" at the Dixie! Jay was an asset to the community and will be missed greatly. Our thoughts and pryers are with the entire family. Very respectfully, Bill and Connie Eberle
