Doug, you know how much we loved Roxy. We have been blessed by your shared faith, love and strength as the Lord has lead you through this long up and down journey together. Marshall felt so special when she called him one of her boys as she knew he beats to a different drum, kind of like she did. You've been preparing for this a long time, but I'm sure that doesn't make it any easier. Knowing she is no longer suffering is such a comfort. We are praying for you as you continue sharing your faith strong as ever and look forward to seeing you when you are back in Frankfort. Prayers, love and hugs to you. Marshall and Dinah

I do home health care and work a weekend shift so sadly will not be able to attend the celebration service! Roxy said something to me the very first time we met that was encouraging and will never forget! I loved her positive outlook on life and her wonderful humor! Condolences to the family and rejoicing with all in her celebration of life!

I thank god that he let us become friends!! You were the sweetest lady I’ve ever met! I knew first time I talked to you at Cindy Taylor’s chicken cookout that we were going to stay friends. We hit it off right away. I will always remember your sweet smile, your humor, your love for everyone you knew and your love for God!! No matter how you felt you would always ask how I was and my kids and that kind of caring doesn’t come easy no more in people, sad but true. I could write a book about how wonderful you are so I guess I better stop here. Thank you for the person you were and for loving me the way you did! Now take heaven all in and enjoy not being in pain anymore. We will meet again my sister in Christ, I love you!

Although we never met in person, I am deeply saddened by the loss of Roxy Bachtold. I admired Roxy's strong faith, positive spirit & sense of humor. I felt a real connection and sense of family to Roxy. One of the wonderful benefits of social media. I find confort knowing she is at peace with the Lord. Continued prayers to all, Rebecca & Benjamin Bachtold
